It’s compact, easy to clean, holds a good amount of food, fits in most lunch boxes (we use it in the Beatrix lunch box) with an ice pack and drink, and is SUPER cute!

We went with the 6 compartment because my daughter loves the ability to pick and choose and appreciates variety! If I pack a sandwich I will cut it into smaller squares or use small cookie cutter shapes. You can also pack wet foods like yogurt, applesauce or hummus without worrying about them leaking into other sections of the box!
In addition to school lunches we will occasionally pack the Yumbox with a lunch to split at the park or orchard. You should search Pinterest or Google for Yumbox lunch ideas! It really is a fun box!
