I stumbled across the cutest yoga mats at Target a few weeks ago, and it gave me the idea of doing a yoga activity at my daughters birthday party. At just $5 per mat, these double as a great party favor! There are many free kids yoga videos to choose from on YouTube. I highly recommend searching Cosmic Yoga. The lady who puts this series on is engaging and performs yoga through stories like Frozen, Harry Potter, Alice in Wonderland, Trolls, Sonic, etc.
