If you have a sewing machine, I’ll give you a cute idea to turn primary streamers into fancy ruffled streamers…
Pick two colors (they can be the same) and sew them down the middle using the longest stitch (5mm) and highest tension (9) on your sewing machine. The paper should gather/ruffle on its own as you sew. Roll them up, and you can reuse them over and over {I’ve used mine at several birthday parties and baby showers}!
